The role is based in Seoul, Korea. Responsible for supporting Korea Resale and Finished Format operations, including finished product release and serving as the backup when required. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Product Descriptions (PD), Finished Format Product Specifications (FFPS), Raw Material Product Specifications (RMPS), and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). Manage customer complaints and technical inquiries, coordinate third-party laboratory testing, and provide quality support during customers' initial production runs. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and customer requirements. Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support Korea Resale and Finished Format business operations.
- Release finished products and provide backup support for product release activities.
- Prepare, review, and maintain CoA, PD, FFPS, RMPS, and MSDS documentation.
- Manage customer complaints, investigations, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
- Respond to customer quality and technical inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and monitor third-party laboratory testing programs.
- Provide on-site or remote quality support during customers' first production runs as required.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate quality records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- BS degree (Major in food science engineering is preferred)
- Minimum years of working experience in Quality Assurance (QA) experience in Food-, Food additives-, or Dietary supplement-industry
- Knowledge in Quality & Food safety.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer interaction and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and constructively to change.
- Prior experience with probiotics manufacturing operations and/or quality management systems (preferred)
