Job Summary
Lead the design, build and execution of complex, data-driven customer campaigns using Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The role translates business requirements into accurate audience segments and personalised, multi-channel journeys, ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery.Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Design complex behavioural, transactional, lifecycle and propensity-based segments in Data Cloud.
- Configure inclusion, exclusion, suppression, consent and channel-preference rules.
- Validate audience logic, counts and data quality before activation.
- Build, test and deploy complex journeys across Email, SMS, Push and In-App channels.
- Configure triggers, decision splits, dynamic content, personalisation and automation logic.
- Troubleshoot campaign, data and journey execution issues and drive resolution.
- Partner with Campaign, Data, Analytics, Technology and Business teams on feasibility and delivery.
- Maintain campaign documentation and ensure adherence to risk, privacy, governance and QA standards.
- Use campaign results to improve segmentation, targeting and journey performance.
Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Data, Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years in digital campaign execution, including strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Practical experience building segments and activating audiences in Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience delivering high-volume, complex and multi-channel campaigns.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification preferred; Data Cloud certification advantageous.

- Marketing Cloud : Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio and Data Extensions

- Data Skills : SQL, audience reconciliation, data quality checks and campaign analytics
