About the Position

We are looking for a Shipper/Receiver to join our Regina team.

This is not a typical warehouse shipping and receiving role. At DynaIndustrial, no two days are the same. You'll be handling large raw materials, fabricated components, and finished products of various shapes and sizes while helping keep materials moving throughout our manufacturing operation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organized, and is comfortable working both in the shop and on the road. A significant portion of your day will involve acting as a company courier, picking up and delivering materials, parts, and supplies throughout Regina and surrounding areas.

Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an asset, but we are willing to train the right individual who has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished products and customer orders for shipment
• Ensure shipments are complete, packaged correctly, and accompanied by accurate documentation
• Receive incoming materials and inspect shipments for accuracy and condition
• Unload and load trucks safely and efficiently
• Stage and move materials throughout the manufacturing facility and cold storage area
• Ensure proper identification, protection, and storage of materials
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes
• Coordinate and schedule freight carriers
• Perform local pick-ups and deliveries using company vehicles
• Assist with general shop housekeeping and organization
• Support production teams by ensuring materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, load, and handle industrial materials safely
• Previous shipping/receiving, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience is an asset
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is considered an asset
