German & English-Speaking Technical Customer Service

Location: Lisbon, Portugal | Work Model: On-site

We are looking for a German & English-speaking Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. You will assist customers with technical questions and provide professional, friendly, and efficient support.

Requirements

• German: Fluent / native-level proficiency
• English: Proficient level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for helping others
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement
• Customer service or technical support experience is a plus

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 08:00–20:00 (rotational shifts)
• Saturday–Sunday: 08:00–17:00
• 2 rotational days off per week
