We are looking for a German & English-speaking Player Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia. You will support players by providing friendly, professional, and efficient assistance while helping create an excellent player experience.

Requirements

• German: Fluent / native-level proficiency
• English: Fluent / native-level proficiency
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
