We are seeking an HR Manager to join our Cairo, Egypt office. As part of the HR team, this role will provide senior-level guidance and support to managers and employees.

With NCR Atleos firmly established in Egypt, the HR Manager will partner closely with site management to effectively oversee employee and labor relations, employee development, and HR business partnership activities. The role will help foster a productive, engaging workplace that supports the company’s success.

The HR Manager will also implement workforce initiatives developed by the HR Strategic Business Partners and support strategies relating to Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, and Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the employee and labor relations strategy proactively.
• Resolve escalated HR Central cases that cannot be addressed at Tier I and oversee the delivery of HR support.
• Advise on, contribute to, and, where appropriate, lead business-aligned projects defined by business or HR leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian employment law, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Support the rollout of corporate programs, including Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Compensation and Benefits.
• Partner with managers and employees to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
• Manage employee relations matters, including harassment, discrimination, and workplace conflict, to reduce company risk and achieve effective resolutions.
• Work with local legal counsel, Security, and employee representative bodies or unions, as appropriate, and conduct investigations when required.
• Coordinate with HR Strategic Business Partners to implement the people strategy for workforce initiatives, including reductions in force, divestitures, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Strengthen engagement with the HR Central Contact Centre and identify processes suitable for transition to HR Shared Services.
• Maintain and apply a strong understanding of the local business environment and NCR Atleos operations.
• Advise and guide managers on implementing HR programs.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners to communicate HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Serve as the primary contact for Centers of Excellence, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting program implementation.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Employment Law, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience as an HR Manager in an operational role.
• At least three years of team leadership experience.
• Experience managing employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary action, and dismissals.
• Working knowledge of Egyptian employment law and compliance requirements.
• Strong consulting and advisory skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and resolve complex issues successfully.
• Strong vendor relationship management skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Experience delivering a range of HR programs and projects.
• Excellent command of English.

Preferred Requirements

• Professional HR certification or designation.
• Change management experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
