Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of marketing professionals to ensure timely delivery of objectives within budget constraints
- Ensuring the development and retention of qualified marketing staff through effective talent management strategies
- Overseeing recruitment and performance evaluation processes to maintain a robust marketing team
- Acting as a liaison with Engineering, Customer Service and other Marketing teams to align marketing efforts
- Participating in strategic planning and alliance building to support product market growth
- Leading the creation and implementation of marketing plans to drive subscriber and revenue increases
- Directing analytical projects to inform marketing strategies and measure performance outcomes
- Engaging stakeholders in the development and deployment of marketing initiatives for maximum impact
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
