Role Definition
Supports achievement of the business plan by monitoring the business and generating recommendations that contribute to both the short-term and long-term initiatives of these plans. Govern machine price lists and ordering-rule changes to ensure accurate product configuration and a seamless order-to-delivery experience for dealers and customers

Responsibilities
• Consulting with the product groups, districts, and dealers in developing and implementing customer solutions designed to maximize product value and price.
• Conducting end-to-end execution of product configuration management by governing the change process of PAN and price list activities.
•Providing daily support to dealers and customers by addressing queries related to product offering strategy, regulatory compliance, product availability, and configuration selection.
• Serve as the process owner and lead continuous process improvements and change initiatives.

Skill Descriptors
Customer Focus:

• Knowledge of product value chain management and the ability to align business objectives with dealer and customer needs, making customer satisfaction a key consideration in business decision-making. Address dealer/customer ordering issues with a sense of urgency.

Chain Management :
• Understand product design concept and provide business advice based on dealer/customer voices during NPI phase.
• Have a solid knowledge on factory operation to understand the value change management from product design until production.
Perform governance and consult for price list change activities as the subject matter expert, and communicate regularly with product configuration team to ensure defect free ordering process.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives that enable data-driven business decisions and operational improvements in partnership with product groups, manufacturing facilities, and CSD

Top Candidates Will Also Have

• Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing operation and/or supply chain management.
• Customer focus mindset and commercial understanding of business
• Prior experience with Product group, factory operation
• Problem solving skills to perform RCCA and provide solutions effectively.
• Nice to have AI experience to identify opportunities with diverse data sets

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
