Description
Harrison County Hospital has an opening for an IS Systems Support Level 2, ON-SITE.
The IS Systems Support Level 2 position is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and day to day operations of desktop computer systems at Harrison County Hospital.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform first and second level technical support to end users.
- Provide technical support for a wide range of technology needs including phones, printers, workstations, and network equipment.
- Create and maintain up to date deployment images.
- Basic administration of a hybrid environment with Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Lead projects related to desktop environment.
- Maintain asset inventory for all IT assets.
- Participates in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
- Create and maintain documentation for current and new processes.
SKILLS:
- Demonstrates proactive and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
- Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.
- Self-motived with an attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to deal with confidential data.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Associate's degree - IT related field. (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience (Required)
- High School Diploma or GED. (Required)
