MISSION : Strategic analyst supports the Managing Partners, the Business Lines and the Corporate Directions to prepare, organize and support the strategic actions of the company.
Position Summary:
As a corporate strategy and intellegence manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. You will lead and support strategic initiatives to drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage. We are looking for a dynamic and analytical individual with a strong passion for Michelin.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans in alignment with the company's long-term vision and goals.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of business cases, financial models, and performance metrics to evaluate and measure the success of strategic projects.
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the automotive sector and related industries, sharing relevant insights with the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred and solid understanding of Chinese market.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in a strategic management role or strategic consulting.
- Strong entrepreneurship, high willingness to take initiative, reach alignment among groups and push forward important process.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically, with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on results.
- Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- A genuine interest and passion for the automotive sector and related industries.
- Proven track record in driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling is highly desirable.
- High level of proficiency in English, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
