The Job:

As an Import Export Specialist, you’ll be part of our Customs team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to:

• Preparation and delivery of documents required by Mexican customs to be within the statutes established by law and to be able to carry out our imports and exports as well as receive corresponding benefits.
• Preparation of annual reports for Mexican authorities, this consists of reports downloaded from our integral customs system (bastera) this is subsequently reported to SE and consists of imported materials against exported materials and total sales as well as added values.
• Administration in VUCEM Portal in reference to Requirements and Notifications of our Operation.
• Control and Operation of Annex 24
• Control and Operation of Annex 31
• Registration and Monitoring of National Suppliers and/or sub-maquila for VAT and IEPS Certification purposes.
• Certification and Maintenance of the NEEC program

The Person:

• 5 years of experience, preferably.
• Desirable previous experience in multinational companies.
• Conversational English
• Customer Service
• Good development and knowledge of issues with corresponding Authorities
• Customs law
• Federation fiscal Code
• NEC
• VAT and IEPS
• Annex 24 and Annex 31
