The Logistics Support Program Manager (LSPM) serves as the primary interface between Rehlko and the FAA, ensuring all logistics, inventory, warehousing, property management, funding, and lifecycle support requirements are executed in accordance with contract requirements.
This Logistics Support Program Manager role is responsible for managing Government property accountability, equipment deployments, inventory control, financial tracking, and Contractor Depot Logistics Support (CDLS) activities while ensuring compliance with applicable FAA regulations and contractual requirements.
Work mode: Hybrid-2-3 days a week
Work Location: 200 Twin Oaks Road Kohler WI or 5757 N Green Bay Ave, Glendale WI
Travel: 10%

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for FAA logistics support requirements.
• Plan, manage, and execute Logistics Support activities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, equipment shipments, and deployments.
• Maintain Government property accountability, conduct inventory reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
• Track task order and delivery order funding, invoicing, and de-obligation activities.
• Manage CDLS operations, aftermarket parts support, and obsolescence coordination.
• Provide regular status reporting and briefings to FAA stakeholders.
• Conduct and oversee Government property management audits, inventories, and disposition activities.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, FAR requirements, contract terms, and property management standards.
• Coordinate with FAA Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), contractors, and suppliers to support program objectives.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field or 4 years of logistics/warehouse experience.
• 4+ years of logistics, supply chain, program management, or Government property management experience.
• Experience with inventory control, warehousing, asset accountability, and contract funding management.
• Strong understanding of Government property management and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, CSCP, CPL, or NPMA certification.
• 5+ years supporting U.S. Government or FAA contracts or FAA or federal agency program support experience.
• Experience conducting Property Management System Audits (PMSAs).
• Knowledge of Government Furnished Property (GFP), Contractor Acquired Property (CAP), and FAR Part 45 requirements.
