Where You'll Make a Difference

• Provide administrative and commercial support to the sales team.
• Support the achievement of business and financial targets.
• Act as a key link between customers, Account Managers, and internal teams.
• Manage sample requests, including system entry, packing, and shipping.
• Generate quotations and provide documentation support.
• Maintain customer projects, pricing, and system updates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely customer support.
• Manage Salesforce and SAP system activities accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
• Support commercial processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Administration.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Experience using Salesforce and SAP (required).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
