What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain ABAP solutions using OO ABAP, ABAP Objects, ALV, BDC, Smartforms/Adobe Forms, and related SAP technologies.
• Develop ABAP Cloud solutions using released APIs, RAP, Behaviour Definitions, Service Bindings, and the BTP ABAP Environment while following clean-core principles.
• Design and develop CDS views, including analytical, transactional, and consumption views, associations, annotations, table functions, and virtual elements.
• Develop and enhance SAP integration components, including IDocs, custom segments, partner profiles, SPROXY, OData v2/v4, RFCs, and BAPIs.
• Support the PO-to-BTP migration by reworking PI/PO-coupled ABAP components, including custom proxies, IDoc enhancements, and RFC wrappers, to support BTP Integration Suite.
• Apply development quality standards through ATC, ABAP Test Cockpit, ABAP Unit testing, code reviews, and documented unit test evidence.
• Maintain appropriate transport and version-control practices using CTS+, gCTS, and abapGit where applicable.
• Work with functional and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, produce technical documentation, support testing, and ensure migration activities do not disrupt Tip Top, Mauri, and DONS operations.

Key Criteria

• Strong commercial experience in SAP ABAP development, including OO ABAP and ABAP Objects.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP Cloud/Steampunk, RAP, Behaviour Definitions, Service Bindings, and BTP ABAP Environment.
• Strong experience with CDS development and advanced CDS capabilities.
• Proven experience with SAP integration technologies, particularly IDocs, SPROXY, OData, RFC, and BAPIs.
• Experience supporting or reworking ABAP components affected by SAP PI/PO to BTP migrations.
• Strong understanding of clean-core development, ATC, ABAP Unit, code quality, and testing practices.
• Familiarity with SAP transport and DevOps practices, including CTS+, gCTS, and abapGit.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to interpret ambiguous requirements, produce technical specifications and test evidence, participate in code reviews, and maintain disciplined development standards.

Work setup:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm PHT) with a hybrid arrangement, 1 x a week in the office, 4 x work from home (Onsite on day 1)
