Your Team, Your Impact
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Engineer to provide support of Palladium Cloud environment. In this role, you will be the primary interface for customers and account team to resolve critical issues. You will develop automation/AI tools that will evolve and improve network services and scalability.
What You Can Expect
- Provide primary support to customers and account teams to resolve critical issues.
- Manage network/compute configurations.
- Develop resilient compute architectures ensuring optimal user experience and fault tolerance.
- Develop automation/AI tools to enable scalability in compute/network/storage deployment.
- Deliver expert-level troubleshooting for complex cloud environment.
- Capacity planning to meet growing customer demand.
- Design and manage network services such as LDAP/Proxmux/Imaging.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise Linux environments across large-scale customer deployments.
- Expertise in Linux, AWS Cloud, LDAP, SSSD, PAM, Slurm, LSF, HPC, Root Cause Analysis, Customer Support, Infrastructure Management, Performance Tuning, Identity Management, Monitoring & Observability.
- Ability to Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production incidents.
- Experience producing work breakdown structures and migration plans that minimize service disruption.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for resolving highly complex network/compute issues.
- Hands-on experience building lab simulations to test architecture designs and troubleshoot compatibility issues.
- Experience in driving cloud infrastructure initiatives, including deployment, migration, and operational best practices.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and continuous service improvement activities.
- Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to document technical solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices for internal and customer use.
- Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 4 years of experience .
- 3-5+ years of progressive network engineering and architecture experience in enterprise environments.
The annual salary range for California is $114,800 to $213,200. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
