Key responsibilities in your new role
In this role, you will contribute to Environmental, Health & Safety projects with a strong focus on data analytics, digitalization, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will have the opportunity to work on innovative solutions that enhance decision-making, reporting efficiency, and process excellence, while collaborating with an international team shaping Infineon's path to be a role model in sustainability.
- Environmental, Health & Safety: Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Global Environmental, Health & Safety Management System, by assisting in the preparation and analysis of data related to EHS performance indicators
- Project Implementation: Support the implementation of projects related to EHS
- Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting: Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze EHS-related data from various sources. Develop reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support decision-making
- Digitalization / Automation: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and reporting activities
- AI Approach: Assist in developing AI-driven approaches for data analysis, reporting, knowledge management, and process optimization
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You demonstrate high-quality standards for your work and are enthusiastic about Sustainability. You have great communication skills and a structured and systematic working style, while being pragmatic and analytic.
- Educational Background: A degree in Environmental Protection, Environmental Science, Data Sciences (with a focus on EHS) or a Science field
- Experience: Previous contact with ISO 45001, 14001, and 50001 would be a plus
- Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Digitalization and Automation: Interest and knowledge in process automation and digitalization (mandatory) and AI technologies would be a plus
- Tools: Very good knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory), written and spoken
