Strategy Consultant

A leading organisation is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join a dynamic team focused on driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across multiple markets. Responsibilities:

• Translate market intelligence into actionable strategic recommendations
• Support the development and alignment of organisational goals and strategic priorities
• Partner with business leaders to drive strategic planning and execution
• Lead and support key strategic projects and initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
• Contribute to the development of innovative business opportunities and solutions
• Engage with senior stakeholders to facilitate strategic decision-making

Requirements:

• Postgraduate qualification in a commercial or related field
• 5–8 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or financial services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven experience conducting market research and converting insights into business actions
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and facilitation skills
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
• Resilient, agile, and innovative approach to work
• Exposure to the insurance industry will be advantageous
• Strong understanding of Pan-African markets and long-term strategic thinking
