A leading organisation is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join a dynamic team focused on driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across multiple markets. Responsibilities:
- Translate market intelligence into actionable strategic recommendations
- Support the development and alignment of organisational goals and strategic priorities
- Partner with business leaders to drive strategic planning and execution
- Lead and support key strategic projects and initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
- Contribute to the development of innovative business opportunities and solutions
- Engage with senior stakeholders to facilitate strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in a commercial or related field
- 5–8 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven experience conducting market research and converting insights into business actions
- Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and facilitation skills
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Resilient, agile, and innovative approach to work
- Exposure to the insurance industry will be advantageous
- Strong understanding of Pan-African markets and long-term strategic thinking
