The purpose of this requisition is to request the hiring of a qualified security professional to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property assets. This position is essential in maintaining compliance with company safety policies, enhancing guest satisfaction through a secure environment, and supporting overall operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disruption.
Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents promptly and effectively.
Enforce property rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
Assist guests and employees with security-related concerns.
Complete incident reports and maintain security logs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in security or law enforcement (preferred).
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Valid security license/certification (if required by state/city).
