French Speaking Customer Support Representative (on-site)

Become a vital part of an expanding international campaign as a Payment Support Consultant in Lisbon, Portugal. Based on-site in a high-tech corporate office, this full-time role (40 hours per week) connects you directly with a high-profile FinTech account serving the French business sector. As a primary advisor on this project, you will manage commercial client relationships, resolve system inquiries, and optimize user engagement with modern payment technologies. Complete, fully paid professional training is provided from day one, so previous specialized experience in finance or technical accounts is not necessary. Candidates must demonstrate fluent written and spoken French (C1 level or higher) to communicate effectively with clients, along with B2-level English skills to use internal project applications and coordinate with colleagues.



Primary Campaign Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Deliver personalized, professional support to corporate clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding digital payment services.
  
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and address technical errors, payment processing obstacles, and account access requests.
  
• Clear Communication: Demystify intricate technical and financial procedures into straightforward, practical French for client accounts.
  
• Internal Synergy: Partner closely with second-tier technical experts to manage complex escalations and ensure timely project solutions.
  
• Account Tracking: Keep precise, organized records of all client interactions in both French and English within project management databases.
