Join our dynamic team in Lisbon as a French-Speaking Payment Solutions Customer Advisor and kickstart an exciting international career in the thriving FinTech industry. In this full-time role (40 hours per week), you will assist French business clients in navigating advanced payment technologies from our modern, centrally located office. No prior specialized experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training upon hire. You must hold native or C1-level fluency in French to interact with clients, alongside B2-level English for workplace tools and internal collaboration. The position features a 24/7 rotating schedule covering daytime, night, and weekend shifts.
Core Responsibilities
- Guide business partners through payment platform processes using phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve technical challenges related to user accounts, software usage, and financial transactions.
- Break down complex technical and financial concepts into clear, accessible French.
- Coordinate with internal escalation teams to solve advanced issues.
- Maintain complete interaction logs in both French and English.
