Primary Duties

• Deliver high-quality client assistance via chat, phone, and email regarding digital payment tools.
  
• Troubleshoot system errors, transaction failures, and account access issues.
  
• Convert complex financial details into easily digestible French for corporate partners.
  
• Partner with technical departments to resolve high-tier service requests.
  
• Keep accurate records of customer requests in French and English.
