We are seeking applicants to fill a Student Office Assistant position in the Accounting & Finance Division. Interested applicants must be currently enrolled in a college curriculum and continue to be enrolled while employed. This position offers employment Monday through Friday at least 20 hours per week during the spring and fall semesters and 40 hours per week in the summer.
The successful candidate will assist the Building Services team with a variety of office support duties related to mail services, meeting preparation, office supplies, and internal customer service requests.
Responsibilities would include assisting with the following:
- Sorting and delivering office mail
- Helping with shipping and receiving tasks
- Setting up and cleaning up meeting rooms
- Stocking office and kitchen supplies
- Running daily errands
- Responding to internal customer requests
- Assisting with light cleaning and general tidiness in shared spaces
- Supporting Building Services staff with related tasks
- Using basic Excel and Word functions as needed
The ability to multi-task and adapt to changing workload and instructions is essential. The successful candidate will be dedicated, responsible, and punctual with good communication and customer service skills.
