Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and maintain the Managing Partner’s calendar, including scheduling.
- meetings, court dates, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare daily briefs, agendas, and meeting materials.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Managing Partner.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and reports.
- Coordinate firm-wide meetings, partner meetings, and strategic sessions.
- Track key deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups across departments.
- Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documents.
- Liaise with department heads, lawyers, and administrative staff to ensure smooth communication.
- Assist with preparation of legal documents, presentations, and reports (non-substantive legal work).
- Monitor ongoing matters and flag priority issues to the Managing Partner.
- Support business development initiatives, including event coordination and clientengagement logistics.
- Assist with billing reviews, expense tracking, and basic financial administration.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Screen calls, visitors, and requests, ensuring efficient prioritization.
- Reports directly to the Managing Partner.
- Works closely with partners, associates, and administrative teams.
- Interacts with clients, external counsel, and vendors.
- Efficiency in managing schedules and priorities.
- Accuracy and timeliness of administrative support.
- Responsiveness and communication effectiveness.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problem.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and law firm operations is an advantage.
