Personal Lines Account Assistant (Growth Track)
📍 Franklin, TN (Onsite) | Full-Time
💰 $45,000–$55,000 + Performance Bonus
Are you early in your insurance career and ready to take the next step? This is more than a support role—it’s a clear pathway to becoming a Personal Lines Account Executive within a high-performing, growth-focused independent agency.
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong desire to build a long-term career in personal lines.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with Account Executives to service an established book of business
- Communicate with clients regarding policy updates, billing questions, and service requests
- Deliver a responsive, high-quality client experience
- Process endorsements and ensure accurate policy maintenance
- Review daily downloads and track policy changes
- Assist with billing updates and account management
- Coordinate with carriers and underwriting teams
- Support internal workflows to keep service efficient and timely
- Begin managing a small book of business as you grow into the role
- Build foundational knowledge in coverages, carriers, and client strategy
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of Personal Lines insurance experience
- Active Tennessee Property & Casualty License
- Experience with AMS360 is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Motivated to grow into a full Account Executive role
