Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator – Medical Review Support is responsible for providing administrative and compliance support while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role supports timesheet processing, procurement reporting, office coordination, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
A medical background is required, as the individual will be responsible for reviewing and processing medical questionnaires in accordance with company standards and confidentiality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace Safety & Compliance

Promote and maintain a safe work environment

Ensure adherence to applicable Southern Company administrative, accounting, and compliance procedures

Maintain strict confidentiality of medical and employee records
Administrative & Office Support

Process, track, and coordinate completion of:

Staff timesheets
-
Procurement card (P-card) reports
-

Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate ordering
-
Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics
-
Manage travel arrangements
-
Assist with office relocations when required
-
Create and track project correspondence
-
Perform additional administrative assignments as directed
Medical Review Support

Review and process medical questionnaires

Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with established policies

Maintain secure handling of sensitive medical information
Required Qualifications

Medical background required (e.g., nursing, medical administration, healthcare support, or related field)

Experience reviewing medical documentation or questionnaires

Strong knowledge of administrative and accounting procedures

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong written and verbal communication skills
