Exports Officer | International Business & Logistics

A well-established organisation is seeking an organised and proactive Exports Officer to support its growing international operations. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to global trade, logistics coordination, customer interaction, and export administration while working closely with international clients and supply chain partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating export orders, preparing shipment and customs documentation, liaising with logistics providers, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of international orders. The role also involves maintaining records, processing invoices, and providing support to customers across various overseas markets.

Candidates should be fluent in both Italian and English and possess strong organisational and computer skills. Previous experience within exports, shipping, logistics, or international trade would be considered an advantage, although candidates with relevant administrative or customer support experience are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English
• Diploma, Advanced Level qualification, or equivalent
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Previous exports, logistics, shipping, or administration experience is advantageous
