Senior Specialist Supply Chain Fulfillment

Drive supply chain performance by securing product availability, supporting production milestones, managing special programs (e.g., transfers and pre-production), and mitigating supply risks proactively. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Create, modify and prioritize product demand forecasts, considering existing customer orders, as well as the sales and product marketing inputs. Implement allocation decisions in the case of production bottlenecks on the various production lines, including coordinating with Customer Logistics, Capacity Alignment Planner and Product Marketing. • Drive supply chain performance by securing product availability, supporting production milestones, managing special programs (e.g., transfers and pre-production), and mitigating supply risks proactively. • Make use of production flexibility within the SCM organization and across divisions with other Capacity Alignment Planners. • Manage production requirements for the capacity groups including coordinating compliance with the capacity available to the respective divisions. • Develop and execute ramp-up and ramp-down plans, ensuring supply chain readiness and successful implementation of product and capacity changes.  • Coordinate supply chain activities within product lifecycle and change management projects, acting as the interface between Operations, Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality, and Engineering.  • Involvement in solving logistics aspects within task forces for product and production problems. • Participation in projects related to supply chain processes, tools and change management. • Coordination within the division, introduce and represent division specific aspects in projects; responsible for implementing decisions made in the project. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial/Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Computing, data analytic, AI machine learning Strong planning, coordination and analytical skills  Good communication skills in English (written and verbal), time management and organizational skills  Working knowledge of supply chain and material management concepts  Experience in planning and inventory management in semiconductor industry beneficial Strong negotiation skills Additional skills in AI knowledge in Tableau, Machine learning, Python, SQL are a plus. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
