We're looking for an Operations Manager who is ready to take ownership, lead with purpose, and make an impact across assigned customer accounts.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and delivery of services, ensuring our teams have the resources, direction, and support they need to succeed. The Operations Manager prioritizes work, maintains service standards, develops people, and builds strong customer relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance people, performance, customers, quality, safety, and operational excellence while bringing the Verde Vibes to life.
What You'll Own

You will:
- Identify, address, and mitigate safety hazards and potential risks across assigned sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
- Promote a culture of safety through training, awareness, communication, and accountability.
- Ensure proper use of and compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Maintain working knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used within the janitorial industry.

As an Operations Manager, you will:

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an Operations Manager who brings strong leadership, organization, accountability, and a genuine commitment to people and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive operations experience, preferably in janitorial, facilities, or service industries.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience managing direct reports.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, including reading, writing, and speaking.
Physical Requirements
The Operations Manager must be able to perform the physical activities necessary for operational oversight, with reasonable accommodations available.
- Frequent walking and use of hands for handling tools and equipment.
- Occasional standing, sitting, and repetitive motion.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
