Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist

And we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist to start immediately!

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Digital Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This includes monitoring budgets, analyzing performance metrics, testing ad creatives, and preparing ROI reports.

• Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and content calendars, plan/schedule posts, write captions, develop content strategies, and monitor engagement to grow the audience.

• Content Creation & Design: Design professional flyers, promotional graphics, and ad creatives using tools like Canva or Capcut. Repurpose content across different social media channels to maintain a consistent brand presence.

Required Tools

• Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (for campaign management).

• Familiarity with campaign analytics and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically paid advertising and campaign optimization

• Strong social media management and content strategy skills

• Ability to generate creative content ideas and plan content calendars

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Capcut, or similar)

• Understanding of campaign analytics, performance tracking, and marketing KPIs

• Strong written communication, creativity, organization, and time management

• Ability to manage multiple marketing activities independently and meet deadlines

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 6 am - 10 am PST | 20 hours per week | Part-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱52K/month
