  • Review mold designs and develop a thorough understanding of mold functionality, critical features, and customer requirements
  • Monitor and verify the quality, dimensional accuracy, fit, and functionality of mold components throughout the manufacturing and assembly process.
  • Independently diagnose mold problems, determine required repairs, and return tooling to production-ready condition.
  • Document and report mold design and manufacturing issues through Design Quality Issue Reports and other required quality systems.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members, promoting best practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment and comply with all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
