RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Start-Finish of new and repair tooling
- Fabrication of tooling is produced on time and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Preventative maintenance of molds
- Repairs and modifications of existing tooling
- Coordinate jobs with CNC and EDM departments
- Flexibility with hours as overtime may occur on a regular basis
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mold making
- Operational knowledge of tool room equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, etc.
- Strong organization skills
- Extremely detailed-oriented with high degree of accuracy of .0002 tolerance
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Strong math skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality mandatory
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Good mobility, energy level and ability to routinely lift 50 pounds
- Requires good visual and audio acuity
- Must be willing and able to operate a forklift - we will train
