Accountant

We are seeking candidates who have done their CA Intermediate and Articleship under CA and who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Accountants can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management. You should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.  ResponsibilitiesProven experience of 1-4 Years in an accounting role, with an understanding of ERP systems.Hands-on experience in accounting and finance who can Manage all accounting transactionsCan perform and work independently.Can Prepare budget forecasts, compute taxes, PF Filling, and prepare tax returnsManage balance sheets and profit/loss statements and Audit financial transactions and documentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and configure the ERP system to meet the organization's accounting needs.Generate and analyze financial reports using data extracted from the ERP system.Provide insights into financial performance and trends to support decision-making processes.Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenanceEnsure accuracy and completeness of financial records within the ERP systemIdentify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting function and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.Facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.Provide training and support to finance and accounting teams on ERP system functionalities.Qualifications:Proven experience of 1-4 Years in an accounting role, with an understanding of ERP systems.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CA Intermediate- Articleship candidates will be preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
