Description
**We are partnering with an entrepreneurial private equity fund based in Munich. The focus is on European mid-cap companies within Western Europe.**
**To strengthen their investment team, they are looking for a motivated Investment Manager with a genuine passion for Technology.**
## Tasks
- Direct involvement and assumption of responsibility in all aspects of the transactions, from acquisition to successful exit.
- Conducting market and competitive analyses across all industries and business models.
- Preparing comprehensive financial analyses and valuation models.
- Monitoring and supporting portfolio companies.
- Preparing and presenting presentations, reports and analyses.
## Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction consulting or management consulting.
- Independent performance of balance sheet, P&L, cashflow analysis, company valuation and financial modelling.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills combined with a structured approach to work.
- High level of commitment, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
