As a key leader within our firm, you will play a crucial role in driving our success through strategic planning, oversight, and the development of our operations. Your responsibilities will include managing and training our employees, implementing efficient systems and policies, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm.

Our ideal candidate possesses a unique ability to harmoniously integrate the various functions of our business and effectively manage any challenges that may arise. You will work closely with the owner and have the authority to oversee and make decisions regarding non-attorney staff, including hiring, supervision, and termination. Recommendations for attorney-related matters will also be highly valued.
