Our well-established client is looking for a Legal Administrator to join their busy commercial property department based at their Blandford office. 

 

The successful applicant will have good experience of working in a busy administrative office and the desire to develop their career within the legal profession.

Experience of commercial and/or property work would be an advantage, together with a good telephone manner and great organisational skills.  

The Firm will provide the training required to perform effectively in the administrative role.

 

The successful applicant will ideally have:

 

·       Be proficient with Outlook, Word and preferably Excel

·       Be self-motivated, have the ability to multi-task and be able to work on their own initiative as well as within a very supportive team.

·       Have excellent client care and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with third parties, clients and colleagues.

·       Have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
