The Boeing CompanyThe Production System Training (PST) organization is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced or Senior Training Analyst (Level 3 or Level 4) to join their team in Auburn, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in planning, coordination, and administration of technical training and has passion for empowering our next generation of skilled workers through world class training. This position supports employee training in Fabrication and the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC).
Position Responsibilities:
Collect, prioritize and validate requirements with training partners and managers
Analyze and validate customer requests, coordinate training needs and evaluate training criteria
Develop customer/partner training risk mitigation strategies and recovery plan for training issues
Provide necessary coordination of new-hire, gap, and/or emergent training
Collaborate with customer on requirement satisfaction targets
Authenticate stakeholder training data integrity
Communicate training schedule to key stakeholders
Produce metrics indicating effectiveness of fulfilled requests and implemented solutions
Communicate to partners, customers and other stakeholders audit mandated changes that affect training requirements. Results to be published via burn-down reports, dashboards, or other forms of documentation.
Produce program training analytics; establish operating rhythm and follow program standards
Participate and support enterprise initiatives
Understand and communicate governing documents and policies related to training
Able to assess requirements and coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure commitments are met, customers are supported and business goals are achieved
Analyze, validate, optimize and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years experience in a role that required interpersonal skills in a teaming environment where collaboration and communication are critical to the functioning of the team
5+ year experience coordinating schedules, information, and creating reports
5+ years experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholders
Ability to multitask and adapt to ever-changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience in project or program management
Previous experience in employee development and training
Experience building and maintaining learning catalogs and competency frameworks
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
