Internal Controls & Monitoring Compliance Reviews: Perform independent checks and regular testing on relevant departments to ensure that internal processes and procedures are strictly complied with. Process Enhancement: Review existing workflows and propose robust enhancements to procedures where necessary to plug control gaps and mitigate operational compliance risks. Gap Analysis: Collaborate closely with business unit stakeholders to design, implement, and track corrective action plans where control deficiencies are identified.

Regulatory Management & Advisory Regulatory Tracking: Ensure new/revised MAS guidelines, notices, circulars, consultation papers, and other regulatory-related matters are proactively captured and reported to management. Policy Updates: Review the impact of regulatory changes timely and ensure relevant internal policies, manuals, and guidelines are updated accordingly. Business Advisory: Provide timely, practical, and risk-based compliance advice regarding regulatory requirements, operational controls, and new product rollouts to the following covered business lines:

• Business and Corporate Banking (BCB)
• Personal Financial Services (PFS)
• Private Banking (PB) & Wealth Management (WM)
• Global Markets (GM)
• Branch Operations

Head Office Reporting: Leverage your knowledge of regional compliance structures to facilitate smooth internal reporting and alignment on compliance standards between the Singapore branch and the Parent Bank Head Office in Malaysia.
