Qualifications
- 3-year minimum dental front office experience and/or with dental insurances
- Hands-on experience with dental billing, insurance verification, collections, and claim submissions is required
- Familiarity with dental terminology, CDT codes, and procedures
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts to patients in a clear, compassionate manner
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Capable of handling high-volume environments
- Skilled in problem-solving and navigating insurance-related issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Open Dental software
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
