You are passionate about transforming how Data Management is delivered across the organisation by designing simpler, more efficient and scalable operational processes.
As a Senior Manager, Data Management Enablement within the Enterprise Data Management Enablement (CoE), you will lead the design and optimisation of enterprise Data Management operating processes and frameworks that improve consistency, reduce complexity and enable sustainable policy implementation across the Group.
Working closely with Business, Technology and Risk teams, you will identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve operating models and embed best-practice Data Management capabilities. You will lead engagements that bring a group-wide approach by establishing and facilitating governance forums that bring together Business, Technology and Risk stakeholders to align priorities, shape decisions, incorporate feedback and drive the execution of enterprise Data Management initiatives.

The Chief Data and AI Office (CDAIO) leads the Group's Data, Analytics and AI capabilities, enabling better decision-making and improved customer outcomes.
The Data Management Centre of Excellence is responsible for defining and continuously improving enterprise Data Management practices, frameworks and operating models that strengthen how data is managed across the Group.

We are also interested in people who have:
Experience in Business Transformation, Process Improvement or Operating Model Design.
Knowledge of Data Management operating models and governance practices.
Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong consulting and facilitation skills.
Experience managing enterprise-wide change initiatives.
Ability to work across multiple business domains and competing priorities.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
