You are passionate about shaping enterprise Data Management capability and using meaningful insights to influence strategic decisions, strengthen governance and improve risk outcomes across the organisation.
As a Senior Manager within the Data Management Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will lead the development of enterprise-wide Data Management frameworks, insights and governance reporting that support effective oversight, informed decision-making and sustainable risk management outcomes.
Working closely with stakeholders across Business, Technology and Risk, you will support effective governance through executive reporting and strategic insights that provide transparency over Data Management maturity, control effectiveness and emerging risks. You will also contribute to the development of enterprise Data Management policies, frameworks and governance practices, supporting regulatory obligations and reporting requirements.

The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) is responsible for enabling trusted data, advanced analytics and AI capabilities across the Group.
The Group Data Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) establishes enterprise policy frameworks and governance that enable trusted data to be managed consistently across the Group. The CoE supports effective governance through meaningful reporting, risk insights and performance measurement.
We are seeking people who are:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distil complex information into clear, insightful reports and recommendations for Senior Leadership Teams and Boards.
Strong analytical thinkers with excellent attention to detail.
Passionate about turning complex data into actionable risk insights.
Experienced in designing executive reporting and governance dashboards.
Skilled at defining meaningful metrics and performance indicators.
Experienced in developing reporting frameworks that support regulatory and policy compliance.
Able to identify trends and emerging risks through data analysis.
We are also interested in people who have:
Experience in Risk Reporting, Data Analytics or Enterprise Reporting.
Knowledge of Data Management governance and policy frameworks.
Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong SQL and analytical capability (desirable).
Experience designing executive dashboards and governance reporting.
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Experience operating within large, complex organisations.
Ability to simplify complex information into meaningful business insights.
