Job Title: Senior Data Manager

Position Summary
You will lead oversight of clinical data management for complex studies based in Poland and with global teams. You will work with study teams, external vendors and technical partners to ensure high-quality data, on-time delivery and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end data management and sponsor oversight for one or several clinical studies, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are met.
• Act as primary contact for data management matters with internal study teams, vendors and CRO (Contract Research Organization) partners.
• Define and execute study-level Data Management Plans covering data capture, ingestion, cleaning, reconciliation and database lock.
• Review and provide input to eCRF (Case Report Form) and clinical outcome assessment design, and support integration of external data sources.
• Maintain study data artifacts and ensure timely archival of data and documents in the trial master file.
• Mentor junior data managers, support process improvements and participate in vendor assessments, audits and inspections.

Basic Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, clinical, data or computer-related discipline.
• Experience in clinical data management or clinical trials in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO (Contract Research Organization) or academic research settings.
• Experience of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory expectations for clinical data.
• Experience working with external vendors or Functional Service Providers and performing sponsor oversight.
• Experience delivering verbal updates in English to Stakeholders.
• Experience of planning and managing study-level activities, timelines and deliverables.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with electronic data capture systems such as InForm, Rave, Veeva or similar.
• Experience managing data for Phase II or Phase III pivotal studies.
• Experience with clinical data standards (for example CDISC) and regulatory data requirements.
• Prior experience leading sponsor oversight for outsourced studies.
• Experience handling laboratory and biomarker data and integrating external data sources.
• Experience mentoring or leading small data management teams.

Work arrangement
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring employees to work 2-3 days per week in the office and the remaining days remotely.

Polish Salary Range / Polski przedział wynagrodzenia: PLN 255,750 to PLN 426,250The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
