As a Supply Chain Specialist based in San José, Costa Rica, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products across our supply chain network. You will support operational excellence by coordinating planning, logistics, and third-party logistics (3PL) activities while driving service reliability and efficiency.

Essential Job Functions:
Manage and monitor supply chain activities to ensure product availability and on-time delivery to customers.
Build effective working relationships across Distribution Planning, Logistics, and 3PL teams to achieve operational goals and service commitments.
Utilize SAP to manage inventory, order processing, supply planning, and logistics transactions with a high level of accuracy.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
Support demand and supply balancing activities by analyzing data and recommending appropriate actions.
Track key supply chain performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with warehousing and transportation partners to optimize inventory flow and distribution performance.
Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and operational requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Planning, or a related operational function.
Strong proficiency with SAP and demonstrated experience using ERP systems in a supply chain environment.
Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships across Distribution Planning, Logistics, and 3PL teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and act on operational data.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to driving results and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
