As a Supply Chain Specialist based in San José, Costa Rica, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products across our supply chain network. You will support operational excellence by coordinating planning, logistics, and third-party logistics (3PL) activities while driving service reliability and efficiency.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage and monitor supply chain activities to ensure product availability and on-time delivery to customers.

• Build effective working relationships across Distribution Planning, Logistics, and 3PL teams to achieve operational goals and service commitments.

• Utilize SAP to manage inventory, order processing, supply planning, and logistics transactions with a high level of accuracy.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve supply chain issues proactively.

• Support demand and supply balancing activities by analyzing data and recommending appropriate actions.

• Track key supply chain performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with warehousing and transportation partners to optimize inventory flow and distribution performance.

• Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and operational requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Planning, or a related operational function.

• Strong proficiency with SAP and demonstrated experience using ERP systems in a supply chain environment.

• Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships across Distribution Planning, Logistics, and 3PL teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and act on operational data.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.

• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to driving results and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
