The right candidate will be dependable, adaptable, and passionate about creating positive first impressions for families seeking quality childcare services.  This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective families by answering questions, providing enrollment information, and creating a welcoming experience throughout the inquiry process. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can multitask effectively, manage multiple conversations and administrative tasks, and confidently use technology and customer management systems. 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective families through phone, email, chat, and virtual communication platforms
• Answer questions regarding childcare programs, enrollment procedures, tuition, schedules, and availability
• Guide families through the initial enrollment inquiry process and provide outstanding customer support
• Maintain accurate records of family interactions and inquiries within company systems
• Follow up with prospective families to support enrollment efforts and ensure a positive experience
• Coordinate and schedule tours, virtual meetings, or informational sessions as needed
• Collaborate with enrollment and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and family support
• Support local enrollment initiatives by occasionally attending community events, open houses, or outreach activities
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
• Utilize technology platforms, CRM systems, email, and virtual communication tools effectively

Work Environment

• Primarily remote/work-from-home position
• As needed local travel for enrollment events, community outreach, or family engagement activities in Warrington, PA or other AMS locations as needed

Requirements

• Strong Customer Service Experience 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling multiple family inquiries
• Comfortable using technology, databases, video conferencing tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Professional, friendly, and compassionate communication style
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexible schedule to occasionally support local events or enrollment activities near Warrington, PA

Preferred Skills

• Previous sales, customer service or childcare experience
• Experience working in childcare, education, or family-focused environments
• Montessori Curriculum Knowledge
• Familiarity with CRM or enrollment management systems
• Bilingual skills are a plus
