How can SHIMANO Benelux generate more brand value from its existing partnership portfolio?

Central question:
Which activation strategy would enable SHIMANO Benelux to leverage its partnerships most effectively to increase brand preference and purchase intention among cyclists in the Benelux?

This leads to several sub-questions, including:

• How do competitors (both brands inside as well as outside the cycling industry) activate their partnerships, and what makes these activations successful?
• How does the target audience perceive SHIMANO’s current partnerships, and which partnerships resonate with them and which do not?
