Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Management Engineering Professional (Project Lead Engineer) to join our dynamic team at Hitachi, Ltd. This role will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities.
Job Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage the technical execution of engineering projects, overseeing design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
* Define project technical objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage and mentor project engineering teams, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Communicate project status, technical challenges, and solutions effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to relevant engineering standards, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct technical reviews and approvals of designs, specifications, and documentation.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.

Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
* Minimum of 14 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a project lead role
* Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex engineering projects.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
