The Project Management Engineering, Construction & Commissioning Professional at Hitachi, Ltd. will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex engineering, construction, and commissioning projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead and manage all phases of large-scale engineering projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
* Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and implement effective risk management strategies.
* Oversee and manage contractors, suppliers, and other third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and contractual obligations.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
* Conduct regular project reviews, assess performance against key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Prepare comprehensive project reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes and methodologies.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Electrical) or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 14-16 years of progressive experience in project management within engineering, construction, and commissioning environments, preferably in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
* Solid knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to travel as required for project needs.
