Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing middle-market accounts, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. The successful candidate will work in-office for the first six months, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business valued at $2 million+ with a focus on middle-market accounts.
- Handle renewals (90%) and assist producers with new business marketing (10%).
- Process Certificates of Insurance (COI), endorsements, and other policy-related tasks.
- Collaborate with producers to market new business opportunities.
- Utilize the Epic software system for account management.
- Coordinate with Patra for outsourced administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients.
- Resolve conflicts and manage high-stress situations effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; experience with Epic software is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction or generalist accounts in the middle-market segment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quoting, renewals, and marketing insurance policies.
- Soft Skills: Timeliness, personable demeanor, conflict resolution, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
