Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing commercial insurance accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including construction, technology, and non-profits, with premium sizes ranging from $50,000 to $500,000.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, handling all aspects of account management, including certificates, binders, ID cards, endorsements, and renewals.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (will be verified).
- Certifications: CIC, CRM, or CPCU designation is a significant advantage (completed or near completion, must be verified).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a brokerage or carrier environment, with a proven track record of servicing accounts end-to-end.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required; Excel proficiency is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with accounts in construction, technology, and non-profits is preferred.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
