SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Join Jotun Pakistan as a Senior Sales Executive – Decorative Projects and play a key role in driving business growth across your assigned market. In this role, you will build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers, identify project opportunities, and promote Jotun’s decorative solutions using our proven sales tools and techniques. By delivering sales growth, protecting margins, ensuring healthy collections (DSO), and creating exceptional customer experiences, you will contribute directly to expanding Jotun’s market presence, profitability, and long-term success.This role will report to Regional Sales Manager and shall be based in Lahore, Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by promoting and selling Jotun’s Decorative products within the assigned territory, building strong relationships with new and existing customers, and identifying opportunities to expand market share.
Develop and manage key customer relationships across projects, and other B2B segments, delivering excellent service, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.
Execute sales and marketing activities in line with company strategies and standards to achieve sales, profitability, and business growth objectives.
Manage customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments to support healthy cash flow and achieve assigned collection targets.
Maintain accurate customer, sales, and market data through effective use of CRM and regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, deliver a seamless customer experience, and contribute to a culture that reflects Jotun’s values and Penguin Spirit.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What We Look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales
Experience managing relationships with key stakeholders such as contractors, consultants, architects, or project customers.
