The Role

We’re hiring a GTM Lead to own growth. This is a high-impact, builder role working directly with the founders to scale user acquisition, partnerships, and revenue.

You’ll operate across paid ads, outbound strategy, and strategic partnerships—with the autonomy to test, ship, and double down on what works.

Compensation: $100K–$135K salary + 0.5% equity + benefits
Location: SF, Hybrid

What You’ll Do

• Own paid acquisition
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other channels
  • Build creative pipelines and iterate quickly on performance
• Drive outbound growth
  • Identify and execute outbound strategies (shops, collectors, communities)
  • Build scrappy systems for outreach, tracking, and conversion
• Develop strategic partnerships
  • Work with card shops, marketplaces, and ecosystem players
  • Structure and close partnerships that drive distribution
• Be in the field
  • Travel on weekends to card shows and events
  • Talk to users, test messaging, and close deals in person
• Build systems, not just campaigns
  • Set up analytics, attribution, and feedback loops
  • Work closely with engineering to improve growth infrastructure

Who You Are

• 1–4 years experience in growth, GTM, or early-stage startups
• Comfortable running experiments across ads, outbound, and partnerships
• Highly scrappy—you figure things out without waiting for instruction
• Strong communicator (especially for partnerships and outbound)
• Bonus: Familiar with trading cards, collectibles, or marketplaces
